
Meet Tish Reid, MS, BCBA

Biography
Letitia “Tish” Reid has dedicated her life and career to serving others in her community and helping individuals discover their path to wellness, connection, and personal growth. With more than 25 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she has worked in a wide range of clinical, educational, and community-based settings supporting both children and adults.
Tish earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Throughout her career, she has opened and developed innovative programs designed to improve quality of life for individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, autism, acquired brain injury, substance use, eating disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. Her creative approach and passion have helped improve the quality of life of many people.
At the heart of Tish’s work is a belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful connection. She is passionate about creating supportive environments that encourage positive behaviors, emotional well-being, and strong social relationships. Her work emphasizes proactive, compassionate, and strengths-based approaches that honor each person’s unique experiences and abilities.
Since January 2025, Tish has been volunteering at Happehatchee Center, where spending time in nature became a powerful teacher in her own wellness journey. Through this experience, she deepened her appreciation for the healing benefits of the natural world and found that connecting with nature greatly enhanced her health and well-being.
Tish has also developed a passion for researching contemporary approaches to natural wellness and exploring how nature-based practices can support mental, emotional, and social health. She hopes to continue her mission of bringing people back to community and nature through efforts connected to Estero River Park, helping preserve its rich history and beautiful green spaces for future generations.
Her professional expertise, combined with her personal insight and lifelong commitment to helping others, allows her to guide individuals and families toward greater well-being and a more abundant life grounded in community, resilience, and hope.
