January Speaker: Clay Jones
Retired Chairman, President and CEO Rockwell Collins Rockwell Collins, now Collins Aerospace, is a multinational corporation headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It provides avionics and information technology systems and services to government agencies and aircraft manufacturers. In 2017, Rockwell Collins had revenue of $6.8 billion and over 29,000 employees. Clayton (Clay) M. Jones is anative of Nashville, TN. Jones joined Rockwell Collins in 1979 after serving in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee and a Master’s of Business Administration from The George Washington University. Jones is a member of The Business Council, an emeritus member of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum (NASM), and an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Jones is also a member of the board of directors of Deere & Company, Cardinal Health, and Motorola Solutions.
